📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct land surveys using AutoCAD, Total Stations, and GPS devices.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying and construction supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant surveying software.
• Valid certification as a Land Surveyor (e.g., S1 or S2 Surveyor).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with construction equipment and tools.
