📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the entire inventory management process, including stock taking, ordering, and distribution.,Ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.,Collaborating with other departments to meet inventory requirements and deadlines.,Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems and procedures.,Conducting regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.,Training and mentoring junior inventory staff to maintain high standards.,Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all inventory management regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and business culture is a plus.
