🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong background in product development or project management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
