As a Mining Venture Manager, your daily tasks will involve overseeing the end-to-end management of mining projects, from initial exploration to final closure. You'll collaborate with geologists, engineers, and environmental specialists to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of mining ventures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from exploration and feasibility studies to operational execution and closure.
• Develop and implement sustainable mining practices that minimize environmental impact and enhance community relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the mining industry.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and industry partners.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of mining projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, project management, or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing mining projects from exploration to closure.
• Strong understanding of sustainable mining practices and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of mining software, such as Surpac, Vulcan, or Datamine.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant project management methodologies is a plus.
