Diamond Pro Nusantara is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management or a related field, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance and compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance schedules.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for fleet management.,Provide support in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and laws governing fleet operations.,Valid driver's license and experience with vehicle maintenance is a plus.
