📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and conversions.,Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to the marketing manager.,Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Support events and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.,Maintain and update our company's marketing database and CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is desirable.
