In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets all sales and service standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.,Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events, sales, and special offers to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Store Manager and senior management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and safely.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Previous experience with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
