As an Assistant Store Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include assisting in inventory management, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels by counting and restocking products.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment by ensuring that products are displayed correctly and that the store is free of clutter.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other store-related documents.,Work with the Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures.,Assist in the training of new employees and providing ongoing support and guidance.,Participate in store promotions and events to help increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Assist in the resolution of any store-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or store environment is a plus but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
