📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor departmental performance and report to senior management,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of HR management and labor laws,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices,Ability to travel for business purposes
