📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and evaluating candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
