You will oversee the deployment and management of data protection solutions, including but not limited to, VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, and NetApp storage systems. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a deep understanding of data infrastructure and a proven track record of delivering high-availability solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive backup, storage, and data resilience strategies in alignment with PSA Corporation’s business objectives.
• Oversee the deployment and management of data protection solutions, including VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, and NetApp storage systems.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of PSA Corporation’s data systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Lead and mentor a team of data infrastructure specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data infrastructure with other IT systems.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and disaster recovery drills to validate the effectiveness of data resilience strategies.
• Report on the performance and health of data infrastructure to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-availability solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of backup, storage, and data resilience technologies, including VMware vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication, and NetApp storage systems.
• Certifications such as VMware VCP-DCV, Veeam VSP, and NetApp Data ONTAP are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and its impact on business continuity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
