📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.,Manage and train the restaurant staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal food supply.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
