📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends in the motorcycle parts and accessories industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, using data and analytics to track performance and make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, both locally and internationally.
• Use our advanced inventory management system to track stock levels, sales performance, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the motorcycle parts and accessories industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the motorcycle industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
