Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption,Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repairs,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance,Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs,Provide support to the logistics team as needed🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
