📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Managing and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitoring financial performance and preparing reports for senior management.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences.,Identifying and addressing any operational or financial challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successful business management and leadership.,Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
