📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure the smooth operation of HR administrative functions, such as payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
