📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job boards.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related concerns and find solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
