📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
