Asia Investment is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior HR Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with departments to address employee concerns and issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
