📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of captains to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to strategic planning.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications preferred.,Experience in a multilingual environment is a plus.
