As the Lead IT Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and support services for the company.,Provide technical assistance and support to employees on various IT-related issues.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet their specific needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Certifications in IT support and management (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
