📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement store-specific strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor store performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotional activities and sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
