📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in training and development programs for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Familiarity with operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
