📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective management of tax-related activities.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular reviews of tax policies and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.,Provide strategic advice to senior management on tax-related matters, helping to minimize tax liabilities and maximize business benefits.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the organization remains compliant and competitive.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues and resolve any disputes or audits.,Train and develop team members to enhance their tax knowledge and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Monitor and report on tax-related financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and tax planning, with a proven track record of success.,Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, Income Tax, and Corporate Tax.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using tax software and financial analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.🛠️ Keahlian
