Leaf Food Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team to achieve our goals. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocks.,Oversee order processing and fulfillment to meet customer expectations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.,Provide support to the team during peak periods or special projects.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and transactions.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other operational documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food industry or related field.,Experience with inventory management and order processing systems.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Willingness to work remotely and adapt to flexible working hours.
