📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present company products and services effectively to potential customers.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Track and report on sales performance and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
