Bay Silver Pratama is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the store's inventory. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Maintain and update the store's inventory system.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in organizing and participating in store promotions and events.,Provide regular reports on store performance and sales.,Train and support new store staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license (preferred).,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
