Oversee the delivery of tech and digital solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of project managers and delivery professionals to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed.,Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure our solutions meet their expectations.,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from project initiation to delivery.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the delivery team.,Represent Codex Solutions at industry events and conferences, building our brand and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on tech and digital solutions.,Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience in both.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Experience working with clients in a consultative capacity, understanding their business needs and challenges.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.,Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
