PT Permata Dinamika is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating our fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance costs to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all fleet activities.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve fleet productivity.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff as needed.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements related to fleet operations.
