Star Base Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.,Oversee the work of junior cooks and ensure quality and consistency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in training and development of junior staff.,Contribute to menu planning and development.,Ensure timely and efficient service of food to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to manage and mentor junior staff effectively.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
