📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends to ensure we are competitive in our hiring efforts.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a talent pipeline.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to ensure consistent and high-quality recruitment practices.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
