As a Barista at Seiya Ramen, you will be at the forefront of our service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages that complement our delicious ramen and other dishes. Your daily tasks will include brewing coffee and tea, preparing specialty drinks, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee and tea equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Assist in the preparation of food items to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on new coffee and tea trends and techniques to enhance our beverage offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or coffee shop role.
• Familiarity with coffee and tea preparation techniques and equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
