📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems to ensure stock availability and minimize excess stock.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and picking inventory, to maintain efficient and accurate stock management.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet brand standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to streamline order fulfillment and production processes.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to track stock movements and identify trends.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders and meet delivery deadlines.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the warehouse and production areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or production planning.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with fashion industry best practices and trends.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
