📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Lead a team of 10-15 finance staff, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
Use SAP and Excel for financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance-related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel for financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
