📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee, engaging with viewers and promoting our products.
• Develop and execute live streaming content strategies to increase audience engagement and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and interactive live streaming content.
• Monitor and analyze live streaming performance metrics to optimize future sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence for our brand.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.
• Ensure all live streaming sessions are conducted in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to viewers and potential customers.

• Proven experience as a live streamer or social media influencer, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee live streaming features and best practices.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
