📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative fulfillment strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and optimize warehouse operations using SAP and WMS systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.
• Lead training and development programs for fulfillment team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in fulfillment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations or related roles.
• Proven experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and retail logistics is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
