📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community outreach programs
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and scheduling
• Create and design event materials using Canva and other design tools
• Assist in marketing and promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to gather feedback and refine event strategies
• Maintain accurate records of event attendance, expenses, and other relevant data
• Support the team in maintaining a creative and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
