Airbnb is looking for a talented and experienced Staff UX Writer to join our AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and engaging user experiences that align with our brand and product vision. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure that our AI-powered features are intuitive, user-friendly, and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to create user-centered AI experiences.,Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for AI-powered features, including tooltips, onboarding flows, error messages, and help documentation.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform your writing and improve the user experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and AI.,Mentor and support junior UX writers in the team.,Contribute to the development and implementation of AI writing guidelines and best practices.,Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that AI features are accessible and inclusive for all users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as English, Communications, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in UX writing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied to user experiences.,Proven track record of creating user-centered, AI-powered features.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.,Familiarity with design tools and processes.,Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
